What is stretch ceiling heating?
With stretch ceiling heating, a wafer-thin infrared heating film sits between the structural ceiling and the stretch ceiling. It gives off radiant heat which — much like sunlight — warms people, furniture and walls rather than primarily the air. Because the whole ceiling surface acts as the heater, a low temperature is enough and the warmth spreads evenly. The heating itself stays out of sight: no radiators, no visible elements. We install the system in cooperation with infraStar of Wildberg — the manufacturer who developed it in 2011 and produces the heating films in Germany.
